Our Retreat

The Hidden Valley Retreat and Spa is a perfect location for your weekend events such as Spiritual Retreats and Shabbaton, weddings, corporate retreats, team-building activities, family reunions, and other special events.

We can accommodate 39 visitors in our three facilities. Retreat guests will have full use of our Retreat Facility which has three separate areas for programs, meetings, receptions and services. Guests also can use the tropical pool, spa, game room, exercise room, outdoor amphitheater and walking trails.

We would be happy to arrange for spa treatments and estheticians for your group on a preordered basis. We can also reserve a party jumper for the kids, a DJ for your party and any other entertainment you need. Our on-site director would be happy to arrange transportation, additional lodging, special activities and other requests. We offer a variety of teambuilding programs that can add so much to you experience. Ask our event planners and they can make suggestions based on your group’s needs. A telephone and internet is available for use in the office.

The area around Hidden Valley Retreat and Spa is full of great outdoor activities like hiking, fishing and boating. Lake Wohlford is famous throughout southern California for its fishing and big fish are caught all the time! We have Mr. Paintball USA a stone’s throw away, as well as a gun club, golfing, horseback riding, llama rides and more. There are three casinos in the area including the Valley View Casino, voted “the Best Buffet in San Diego” (Reader’s Choice), less than three miles from our gate. For a more spiritual experience there is our neighbor, the men-only Self Realization Fellowship, and a nearby Buddhist Monastery.

Besides the beautiful surroundings, the food at Hidden Valley Retreat and Spa is out of this world. Our caterers can provide you with a three-meal plan, starting at $50 per person/per day (including beverages) or select from our special banquet menu. Specialty meals are available such as vegetarian, Kosher, Organic, etc. as well as traditional fare as well
